Volunteers of Red Clay Ministries teach in the Red Clay Ministries' New Life Academy. The academy is an intensive, biblically based program that takes incarcerated men and women through a holistic life transformation process. Participants are guided by Red Clay volunteers to lead lives of purpose and productivity while incarcerated, and to continue that life upon release.
The New Life Academy is a nine-month program with a graduation at the conclusion of the program. Courses include Resolving Conflicts, What is Christianity, What is a godly man or godly woman, Finances, and making choices to identify areas needing to change in their lives and moving forward to change.
Red Clay Ministries is looking for churches, who want to answer the call to prison ministry by volunteering to assist in the academy program. If you or your church are interested, please click on the "To Receive More Information" button below.

The Spalding County Jail houses approximately 500 men and women who have been arrested, waiting for trial, or have been sentenced and are awaiting transport to prison.
During the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Red Clay Ministry teams makes videos of Bible Studies and other special-interest topics and streams the videos, electronically, into the jail for the men and women being held at the jail.
Do you think that if Jesus was on earth today that he would be hanging out at the country jail? We think He would, because Jesus is a Chain Breaker.
The county jail is the first place of incarceration.

Red Clay Ministries is pleased to be affiliated with Freedom Focused Ministries.
Whether an individual is in prison, released from prison, or never served time in prison, FREEDOM FOCUSED MINISTRIES is passionate about Encouraging, Equipping, and Empowering individuals to become FREE to live out their God-given purpose. Freedom Focused Ministries also serves as the liason for Red Clay with two ministries serving released felons. These two ministries are equipped to determine the needs of these men and women and equip them for success. Red Clay Ministries provides financial resources to meet the needs of those who are released.
The prison is a dark place to live. Bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ into a prison brings light into the darkness. Jesus told us to visit those in prison. Visiting and bringing in The Word of God to the incarcerated equals obedience.
Your support and contributions will enable us to continue to meet the goal of sharing the Love of Jesus Christ in the Correctional Community. We do this through programming; giving Bibles; giving Christmas gifts for inmates and their children; providing resources for prison and jail chaplains; providing hygiene products to inmates and detainees; and showing love and kindness to each individual we serve. Your generous donation will fund these ministries.
Red Clay Ministries is a non-profit organization and your donations are tax-deductible under the provisions of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service for 501(c)3 designated organizations.
Pike County Family Connection is a network of community partnerships connecting resources to identified needs in the community. Red Clay Ministries is a partner with Pike County Family Connections.
